I would like to share a quick, easy and healthy banana bread recipe with you. 🙂
It’s packed with protein, doesn’t have any flour, so if you are into fitness and watching your diet, this bake is definitely for you!
All you need:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- a bowl of oats
- 50g of vanilla protein (I used Protein Works)
- 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- a little bit of milk
- nuts (optional)
- sugar (optional)
Put all of your dry ingredients in a mixer and mix until oats turn into an oat flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and keep adding a little bit of milk until it reaches thick yoghurt consistency (the amount of milk will depend on size of your eggs and ripeness of your bananas).
Stick it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour until cooked through.
Let it rest and cool down…. And serve!
